We do not ask for and do not store payment card numbers, bank details or UPI credentials. Orders on this site are cash on delivery.
Cookies and advertising technology
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar analytics tools. These place cookies on your device and send Meta information about pages you visit and actions you take here, such as starting checkout or completing an order. Meta may combine this with data it already holds about you to measure our advertising and to show you our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.
You can opt out of personalised advertising through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop you from ordering.
Who we share your information with
- Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so the parcel can be delivered.
- Google — order details are stored in Google Sheets and Gmail, which we use to run the business.
- Meta — website activity, as described above.
- Government authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share your contact details with other sellers or marketers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to honour the one-year replacement guarantee and to meet tax and accounting requirements, typically eight years. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us at jeevankurup18@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and order data is transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see order records and remove access when it is no longer needed.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
