Our products
Maharani Treasure sells imitation jewellery. Our pieces are made from non-precious base metal with an antique gold finish and set with artificial stones. They are not gold, and they contain no precious metal. They carry no hallmark and no resale or bullion value. Anything on this site describing a piece as having the look of gold refers to appearance only.
Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the piece you receive. Because every piece is finished by hand, small variations in tone and detailing are normal and are not defects.
Orders
- An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. We confirm it by telephone before dispatch.
- We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address cannot be served by our couriers, the price was listed in error, or we have reason to believe the order is not genuine.
- Prices shown are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free within India.
- Offers, discounts and coupon codes may be withdrawn or changed at any time, and apply only while shown on the site.
Payment
Orders are currently accepted on a cash on delivery basis. You pay the courier when the parcel is handed to you. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Care of your jewellery
The finish is not covered against damage caused by perfume, cosmetics, sweat, water, chemicals or rough handling. Keep pieces in their box when not worn. This is care guidance, not a limitation of your rights over a genuinely defective product.
Repeated refusal of delivery
We may decline to accept future cash on delivery orders from a customer who repeatedly refuses delivery of confirmed orders.
Intellectual property
The photographs, text and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Mavelikara, Alappuzha district, Kerala.
