Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in India. Delivery is free on every order — there is no minimum. We do not currently ship outside India.

Dispatch

We call you to confirm your order first. Once confirmed, it is dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Orders confirmed on Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Festival periods, weather and local disruptions can add a few days.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email or SMS when the parcel leaves us. If you have not received it within two working days of confirming your order, contact us.

Paying on delivery

Orders are cash on delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery agent. You may open and look at the piece before paying if the courier permits it; not all couriers allow this.

If nobody is available

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, or delivery is refused, the parcel returns to us and the order is cancelled. Nothing is charged to you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address and pincode carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or unreachable, we will contact you to arrange a fresh dispatch.

Damaged parcels

If the outer packaging is visibly torn or tampered with, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day. If you have already accepted it, photograph the parcel and the contents before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours.
