Replacement & Returns Policy

One-year replacement guarantee

If your jewellery develops a manufacturing defect within one year of delivery, we replace it. No forms to argue over and no questions asked about how it happened.

A manufacturing defect means something wrong with how the piece was made — a stone falling out of its setting, a clasp or link failing under normal wear, plating lifting on its own, or a soldered joint coming apart.

What the guarantee does not cover

• Damage from dropping, crushing, pulling or catching the piece
• Damage from water, perfume, cosmetics, sweat or chemicals
• Normal dulling of the finish over time with regular wear
• Loss or theft
• Alterations or repairs done by anyone other than us

Returns within 7 days

If the piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including the return pickup. Photograph the piece before you contact us.

Because this is jewellery worn against the skin, we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind after wearing the piece. An unworn piece in its original box may be returned within 7 days.

How to claim

1. Message or call us on +91 83828 11188, or email jeevankurup18@gmail.com, with your order number.
2. Send clear photographs showing the problem.
3. We confirm the claim, usually within two working days, and arrange a free return pickup where the courier serves your area.
4. Your replacement is dispatched once the piece reaches us, normally within 3 working days.

Refunds

Where a refund is due on a cash on delivery order, we transfer it by UPI or bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who placed the order. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned piece reaching us.

If a replacement is unavailable

If the same design is no longer in stock, we offer you an equivalent piece or a full refund. The choice is yours.
